Key Responsibilities of the RGN

As a Registered General Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Your daily responsibilities will include administering medications, managing care plans, monitoring patient vital signs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team. You will ensure that all treatments comply with NHS and CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Active NMC PIN: A valid Nursing and Midwifery Council registration is mandatory. We perform active NMC PIN validation checks before any shifts are assigned.
• Professional Nursing Degree: Degree or diploma in Adult Nursing (RGN).
• Clinical Experience: A minimum of 1 year post-registration clinical nursing experience in the UK.
• Compliance Checks: A clear Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
• Clinical Competencies: Up-to-date training in Safeguarding Adults (Level 3), Infection Control, and Basic Life Support.
